My lunch. Fish soup + rice(in the soup. you can't see it) + fried fish sticks. This soup is delicious and famouse in Taiwan.
In Chinese it's called 土托魚羹. 土托魚 is a kind of fish. I think it's CERO in English. 羹 is a kind of soup which is cooked by adding some kind of powder to make it sticky or stiff(I don't know how to describe it exactly because I don't know about cooking English. Actually I've never seen such a cooking method in food channel in America, but I have seen Japanese using this method in JP TV programs). So, you can know it's a fish soup with a specific cooking method.
The reason I like this soup is its unique taste and smell. It must be cooked with some secret and exclusive ingredients. I've never taste any other food with the same flavor as this soup.
